Mrs. Josephine Okui Ossiya is a seasoned finance and management expert with over 20 years of experience in senior roles across finance, audit, treasury, risk management, and strategy execution, including 14 years in public-private partnerships. She has worked in diverse sectors such as energy, oil and gas, pensions, financial services, FMCG, real estate, and telecommunications. Mrs. Ossiya has held leadership positions including CEO of the Capital Markets Authority and CFO of Bujagali Energy Limited. A Certified Public Accountant and Fellow of the ACCA (UK), she holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University. She serves as a Director on the Board of the Bank of Uganda and chairs its Strategy Finance Committee.
