He has vast experience in leading large organizations, strategy development and execution, as well as business transformation and has worked in Botswana, Mozambique, South Africa and Zambia.<\/p>\n<p>He is currently the CEO of FirstRand&rsquo;s Broader Africa operations, having previously served as CFO and CEO of FNB Zambia. He is passionate about people development, customer experience and adding value to society.<\/p>\n<p>Bydon is a proud father of four sons, who he spends as much time with as possible.
