Fran\u00e7oise Lombard has held senior roles in the French Ministry of Finance and the Government Shareholding Agency, working on public finance, state investments, and development cooperation, particularly in West Africa. Before joining Proparco in 2022, she served as AFD Group\u2019s Chief Financial Officer.
