With over twenty years of experience in the ICT markets in Africa, Diaretou Madina Gaye Dieng has held strategic positions within the Orange Group. She joined Schneider Electric in 2024, where she will lead the company in sixty countries.<\/p>\n
Before joining Schneider Electric, Diaretou Madina Gaye Dieng held several leadership roles within the Sonatel Group, covering five countries under the Orange brand (Senegal, Mali, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone). She joined Sonatel in 2004 as Director of Marketing and Communications for the B2B (Business to Business) unit.<\/p>\n
Within Sonatel, she successively served as Director of Sales for commercial and government clients in the B2B unit, then as Director of Strategy and Business Development. In 2016, she was appointed CEO of Sonatel Business Solutions at Orange S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n
Diaretou Madina Gaye Dieng holds a master\u2019s degree in Management Information Systems obtained in 1999 from Centrale Lille Engineering School, and a postgraduate degree in Information Systems Management obtained in 2000 from HEC Paris.
