This solid foundation provided excellent insights into the complexities and opportunities in banking and payments.<\/p>\n<p>This inspired Fintan to set up a start-up business during the &#8220;Dot.Com&#8221; era, launching a technology-driven financial services business in London, where he gained a valuable Fintech perspective.<\/p>\n<p>During the next phase of his career, he built and led global teams at both NCR and TNS where among other achievements Fintan led the eCommerce payment gateway business known as &#8220;MIGS&#8221;. In 2014, he led its successful acquisition by Mastercard and continued to lead Mastercard\u2019s MPGS business in EMEA for three impactful years.<\/p>\n<p>Renowned for his strategic insights and leadership, Fintan joined CR2 as CEO in 2017, where he continues to drive digital transformation and innovation. As Fintan says, <em>\u201cI am proud to lead CR2\u2026 we look to the future on behalf of our customers with a strong focus on delivery every day.
