His mission is to enable and support the modernization of public services at scale, delivering tangible benefits to citizens, enterprises, and governments alike.<br \/>Prior to joining Visa in 2024, Mr. HIOL served as Managing Director of PAIX Data Centres for C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire and Ghana, where he spearheaded the development of carrier-neutral data center infrastructure in Africa.
