He also has extensive experience in assessing environmental issues and designing appropriate solutions.<br \/>With strong interpersonal and coordination skills, he ensures effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Results-oriented, he has managed several administrative districts and led numerous high-impact public projects with economic, financial, environmental, and social dimensions.<\/p>\n<p>He holds a Master&rsquo;s degree in Economics and Business Management from Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar (2004) and graduated from the National School of Administration of Senegal (ENA) in 2007.<br \/>Following his training at ENA, he served as Deputy Governor and Prefect of Department from 2008 to 2017.<\/p>\n<p>After his tenure in territorial administration, he was appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development from 2017 to 2024.
