With deep expertise in retail banking, insurance, Islamic finance, small business development, and government policy and regulation, Xavier has become a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex challenges and opportunities in these areas.<\/p>\n<p>Xavier has spent more than half of his career working across the Middle East and North Africa, giving him a nuanced understanding of the region&rsquo;s financial landscape.
